Once an order has been placed and confirmed by the customer, it cannot be canceled or modified without the express written consent of Diamond Trading Group. If the customer wishes to cancel or modify an order, they must notify Diamond Trading Group in writing within 24 hours of the original order date. Diamond Trading Group reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation or modification request at its sole discretion.
If a cancellation or modification is approved, the customer may be subject to additional fees, penalties, or costs associated with the cancellation or modification, as determined by Diamond Trading Group. Such fees shall be outlined in the agreement or contract between Diamond Trading Group and the customer.
Diamond Trading Group reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee of the total value of the cancelled invoice. The 15% restocking fee must be paid within 24 hours or Diamond Trading Group reserves the right to take legal action against the client.
By proceeding with an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by this no cancellation clause and any associated fees or penalties.
Diamond Trading Group reserves the right to cancel or modify an order at any time due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure events, production issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Diamond Trading Group will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer promptly and provide alternative solutions, if available or a refund.
